Job Requirements

  • Must have prior experience in a start-up or rapidly growing company
  • Proven administrative and receptionist experience
  • Event planning experience is a plus
  • Ability to handle finance support tasks such as document scanning
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma required
  • Availability for contract to hire engagement
  • Reliable and proactive work ethic

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate company events such as the Summer BBQ
  • Provide finance support including high-volume document scanning
  • Greet and assist visitors as the company receptionist
  • Interact with internal staff, landlords, and vendors regularly
  • Send out demo products to field personnel
  • Manage office supply inventory and replenish as needed
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings
