Job Requirements
- Must have prior experience in a start-up or rapidly growing company
- Proven administrative and receptionist experience
- Event planning experience is a plus
- Ability to handle finance support tasks such as document scanning
- Effective interpersonal skills
- High school diploma required
- Availability for contract to hire engagement
- Reliable and proactive work ethic

- Experience in office administration or receptionist roles

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate company events such as the Summer BBQ
- Provide finance support including high-volume document scanning
- Greet and assist visitors as the company receptionist
- Interact with internal staff, landlords, and vendors regularly
- Send out demo products to field personnel
- Manage office supply inventory and replenish as needed
- Set up conference rooms for meetings
