Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- proven housekeeping and janitorial experience in residential and commercial settings
- knowledge of cleaning protocols and equipment
- understanding of health and safety regulations
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a Christian-based team environment
- must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- must pass federal compliance background checks
- able to lift 20 pounds regularly
- basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications
- A high school degree/GED or higher
- proven experience in housekeeping and janitorial service, preferably in both residential and commercial environments
- excellent knowledge of cleaning protocols, products, and equipment
- familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- ability to articulate and defend the unique Christian educational mission and vision of Liberty University and its subsidiaries to a wide variety of individuals and groups
- to obtain LU-approved driver certification, individuals must be 21 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of five years of documented driving history, and maintain a clean driving record
- individuals must not be in default on any federal student or parent loans
- individuals must not be convicted of, or pled nolo contendere or guilty to, a crime involving the acquisition, use, or expenditure of federal, state, or local government funds, or be administratively or judicially determined to have committed fraud or any other material violation of law involving federal, state, or local government funds (CFR 668.14(b)(18)(i))
