Job Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Entry-level position
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Korean and English
  • Knowledge of ocean import operations or international freight forwarding preferred
  • Familiarity with ocean freight documentation and customs clearance processes
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Job Qualifications

  • Korean and English bilingual
  • Experience in ocean import operations or international freight forwarding preferred
  • Strong knowledge of ocean freight documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Job Duties

  • Coordinate full-cycle of ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinations
  • Prepare and review import documentation for import customs clearance
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments
  • Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing
  • Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system
