As a Banner Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering occupational therapy treatments in sub-assigned geographic territories including Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Ahwatukee, Guadalupe, Chandler, and Gilbert. You will operate in a semi-autonomous environment characterized by supportive management and equipped with resources such as a company cell phone and tablet loaded with the electronic medical records system (Home Care Home Base) for efficient documentation. This role involves administering therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, ensuring therapies are tailored to each patient's unique physical, social, and cultural contexts. You will be expected to comply with physician referrals, state and local regulations, and Banner Health's departmental policies.

The position offers a flexible schedule with training conducted Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. over 60 days, transitioning into a PRN (as-needed) role requiring the commitment to at least two shifts per month.
