Job Description
This position supervises all aspects of the Front of House operations of a hospitality establishment, including guest services, training, and profit and loss. The Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation of assigned venues and profit centers such as merchandise and bar, ensuring a strong focus on guest service, cost controls, staff members, and venue operations. They lead and hold staff members and managers accountable to achieve hospitality, sales, and profit objectives while maintaining high standards of quality food, beverage, service, cleanliness, and sanitation. This role also involves preparing and maintaining high scores on health-related inspections, running Room Service and banquets, and ensuring compliance with brand requirements and local regulations.
