Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a kitchen environment
- Lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Perform repetitive motions such as chopping and food prep
- Work in environments with heat, steam, and cold conditions
- Maintain strong personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Maintain workplace safety and report hazards or unsafe conditions
- Thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 months of related experience or training preferred
- Valid Food Handler Card or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record and proof of insurance
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to follow instructions, adapt to change, and solve routine issues
- Basic computer skills including email, internet, and keyboarding
Job Duties
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and team members, especially in high-volume environments
- Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing priorities
- Prepare food items and ingredients as directed by culinary leadership
- Ensure a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, anticipating needs, and creating a welcoming experience
- Communicate customer feedback, menu suggestions, and operational updates to management
