Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- manual dexterity for food preparation and handling
- retail environment experience with moderate noise levels
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and seasonal overtime
- commitment to food safety and cleaning standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 1-3 months of related experience preferred
- food handler certification or ability to obtain
- valid driver’s license with insurable record
- basic math and computer skills
Job Duties
- Source, order, and manage inventory for cheese and charcuterie products
- receive and maintain product quality standards
- merchandise displays including wrapping, presentation, and cross-merchandising
- prepare cheese and charcuterie boards
- manage margins and minimize waste
- educate team members and customers on products
- support catering production and ensure timely, high-quality order fulfillment
- maintain efficient systems and processes for opening, closing, mid-shift, and cleanliness
- collaborate with store leadership on new products, menu items, and improvements
