The role of Barista at Oakville Grocery is integral to maintaining and enhancing the store's welcoming atmosphere and commitment to excellence. As a Barista, you will join a passionate, food-loving team dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This part-time position typically requires availability on weekends and occasional evenings, with hours varying based on business needs and seasonal demand, ranging from 0 to 29+ hours per week. Working as a Barista here offers a hands-on experience that blends a love for coffee, food, and community engagement. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of beverages and light food items, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.

At Oakville Grocery, the Barista position is designed for someone who thrives in dynamic settings, enjoys working closely with people, and takes pride in providing superb service that reflects the company’s longstanding values. Employees benefit from a supportive work environment, employee discounts, and opportunities for personal and professional growth, especially those interested in expanding their knowledge of artisan food and beverage culture. This role represents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a historic institution while gaining valuable experience in food service and hospitality.
