Job Requirements

  • must be able to stand, walk, sit, touch, climb, lift, and read for extended periods of time (8 hours or more)
  • must be able to regularly and safely lift and move boxes, supplies, and materials weighing 25 lbs or more
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes limited movement environment
  • must maintain sanitation, food safety, and other food service environment requirements
  • must have excellent attendance and punctuality
  • must adhere to company dress code and appearance standards

Job Duties

  • be in proper dress including wearing nametag and maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • be punctual and maintain excellent attendance, following all call-in procedures if absent
  • proficiently mix dough, hand-stretch dough, and maintain a pace that meets product demand
  • produce food items such as pizzas, garlic knots, and stromboli ensuring high quality and proper appearance
  • maintain cleanliness of the work area and adhere to food safety procedures and regulations
  • foster positive professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and guests
  • notify supervisors regarding inventory levels of food supplies and materials
  • comply with company policies, restaurant specifications, and food and beverage regulations
  • report to the Restaurant Supervisor
  • maintain a fun and positive attitude while working
