Job Requirements
- High school diploma strongly preferred
- 0 to 3 years of related experience
- ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work accurately while meeting multiple deadlines
- ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- ability to handle difficult and stressful situations with critical thinking and professional composure
- ability to understand and follow instructions
- ability to exercise sound and independent judgment
- physical ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- ability to climb stairs, stoop, bend, crawl and perform repetitive motions
- ability to carry objects weighing 21 to 50 pounds and lift, push or pull objects weighing 51 to 100 pounds with appropriate devices
- willingness to work in fast paced, sometimes high pressure environments
- valid license or certification as required

Job Duties
- Delivers and picks up food carts at designated times
- maintains work area in a clean, neat and orderly manner
- washes all pots, pans, trays, utensils and other materials used for preparation and service
- delivers and stores food and supplies in various areas
- performs cleaning and mopping of floors, walls, vents, refrigerators and ovens
- cleans and sanitizes movable equipment such as carts and rolling racks
- disposes of trash, boxes and garbage as needed
