Job Requirements

  • Food handler certification within 30 days of hire
  • One year of experience working in retail food service or healthcare food service
  • Ability to work 28 hours per week from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, Friday through Sunday
  • Ability to adapt to various service roles including Barista, Food Preparer, Nutrition Services Associate, Dish Associate, and Server
  • Capability to work in fast-paced and high-demand environments
  • Effective interpersonal and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Food handler certification within 30 days of hire
  • One year of experience working in retail food service or healthcare food service
  • Barista experience preferred
  • Food preparation experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Support multiple service areas by cross-training and filling in as a Barista, Food Preparer, Nutrition Services Associate, Dish Associate, and Server to meet staffing needs and ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages that are fresh, flavorful, and visually appealing, while accurately following recipes, portion guidelines, and dietary standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by running trays to patient rooms, assisting guests at point-of-sale stations, and responding promptly and professionally to customer and patient needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment by adhering to food safety protocols, departmental standards, and demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced, high-demand setting
