The Flex Float position in Nutrition Services at West Valley Hospital is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week with variable start times and schedules, designed to provide dynamic support to the department. This role is pivotal as a fluid member of a multi-skilled Nutrition Services team, offering coverage and assistance across multiple positions. The Flex Float person works wherever needed—whether covering for absences like call-outs and vacations, filling vacant roles, assisting with special projects, or helping manage busy service periods.
