Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree preferred
- six months previous healthcare hotel customer service or restaurant food purchasing experience required
- previous experience with inventory in grocery retail warehouse or similar environment preferred
- ability to interact and communicate effectively with kitchen cafeteria and loading dock staff
- reliable and able to work full time
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
- servsafe certification preferred

Job Duties
- interact with those in the kitchen cafeteria or loading dock area by ensuring all needs are met related to dietary services
- manage inventory and supply chain for dietary items
- coordinate with food service and kitchen staff to maintain proper stock levels
- assist with ordering and receiving dietary supplies
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- communicate effectively with teams to streamline dietary operations
- support the preparation and delivery of patient meals as needed
