This position is for the Nutella Café Chicago, managed by Ferrero. The Nutella Café is a unique retail and food service establishment celebrating the beloved Nutella brand through delicious food and beverage offerings. Scheduled to reopen in June, the café seeks passionate individuals to join its team as Caf é Associates. As a Caf é Associate, you will be an essential part of the day-to-day operations of the Nutella Café, delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the warmth and spirit of the Nutella brand. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing and serving food and beverages, supporting inventory management, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café. The role requires flexibility to work a range of shifts that may include weekends and holidays. While previous experience in café or restaurant settings is not required, the company provides comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills. The payscale ranges from $16.60 to $18.00 per hour, with actual compensation dependent on experience and qualifications. Eligible employees working 30 hours or more per week receive a robust benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
