The Administrative Support role reporting to the Director of Acute Care Nursing is pivotal in maintaining the workflow and efficiency of the nursing leadership team. This role entails a diverse range of administrative responsibilities, including clerical duties, receptionist tasks, scheduling, and purchasing activities tailored to the needs of the Director of Acute Care Nursing, other Nursing Directors, and department managers. Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service. The position requires proficiency in various software packages and strong organizational skills to manage a variety of tasks such as meeting coordination, project tracking, new hire preparation, and support for discharge call systems. Additional tasks may include minute taking, invoice handling, timekeeping, attendance monitoring, PTO request management, as well as routine office duties like copying, filing, mail distribution, and ordering supplies.
