Optage Hospice, a division of Presbyterian Homes & Services, is looking to expand its dedicated caregiving team by hiring an On-Call Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide. This position primarily serves the Hudson and New Richmond locations in Wisconsin, with occasional assignments to cover absences within the Twin Cities region. The role is designed for those with current Wisconsin certification who are committed to providing compassionate, individualized care in patients' homes, which may include personal residences, group homes, assisted living, or skilled nursing settings. The position offers flexible scheduling with no weekend or evening shifts, primarily from Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., with a workable range of 8 to 10 shifts per pay period. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel, with the expectation that the caregiver will provide their own transportation.

As an Optage caregiver, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering person-directed care intended to meet each client's unique personal needs while promoting comfort and dignity. While nursing assistant training is required, candidates do not necessarily have to be active on the Minnesota or Wisconsin NAR Registry to qualify.
