The hospital operates in close partnership with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, functioning as a teaching hospital and providing a comprehensive Graduate Medical Education Program. It offers a broad spectrum of medical services such as Emergency Care, Trauma Care, Pediatric ER, Heart & Vascular Institute, and a Comprehensive Stroke Center. Other specialized services include The Baby Suites Maternity Care, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Level II, Women’s Services, Behavioral Health, Orthopedics & Spine, and a freestanding Emergency Department at Hunter’s Creek ER.

The hospital offers a competitive total rewards package that supports colleagues’ health, life, career, and retirement, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability plans, flexible spending accounts, supplemental health protection, and wellness benefits like free telemedicine services and counseling. Financial benefits include a 401(k) with company match, stock purchase plans, education assistance programs, and fertility and family-building support.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates, highlighting the hospital’s commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
