Job Duties
- lead and manage labor and delivery nursing staff
- oversee perinatal program development and implementation
- ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and safety protocols
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesia, pediatrics, and midwifery
- manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
- drive maternal safety initiatives and quality improvement
- support staff development and credentialing
- foster a patient-centered, family-friendly care environment
- coordinate accreditation readiness and compliance efforts
