Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Fluent in English, bilingual preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to guest satisfaction
- Legal authorization to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, bilingual preferred
- Knowledgeable about food and wine
- Ability to work in a high-paced and dynamic operation
- Pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle guest requests in detail
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus
- Take food and drink orders, making recommendations as needed
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
