Job Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in customer service preferably within a university or public-facing environment
- relevant experience in security or enforcement operations
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office
- strong oral and written communication skills
- ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Manage and supervise a team of employees independently
- oversee daily operations of Parking Services
- plan, coordinate, and work all special events including cone placement and reserved spaces
- be available to work mandatory overtime for special events
- assist University Police with campus gate operations
- work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and the public
