Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service preferably within a university or public-facing environment
  • relevant experience in security or enforcement operations
  • high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Manage and supervise a team of employees independently
  • oversee daily operations of Parking Services
  • plan, coordinate, and work all special events including cone placement and reserved spaces
  • be available to work mandatory overtime for special events
  • assist University Police with campus gate operations
  • work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and the public
