As the fastest-growing chicken concept in the United States, Raising Cane's is on track to becoming a Top 10 Restaurant Brand nationwide. This growth is driven by the passion and commitment of its team members who play an integral role in the company's rapid expansion and sustained success.

The position available is the Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader, a key role within Raising Cane's that combines leadership, operational excellence, and new restaurant development. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving team success and operational standards. Employment is full-time, with a base salary range from $60,000 to $72,000, complemented by the Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program. This program offers additional earning potential, resulting in a Total Target Cash compensation ranging from approximately $87,696 to $99,696, based on location, experience, and qualifications. Incentives depend on restaurant profitability and eligibility criteria.

The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader is primarily responsible for supporting new restaurant openings (NROs), overseeing the training team, and fostering the development of trainers. This includes training hourly restaurant managers and Assistant Restaurant Leaders during deployments. The role demands active participation in daily restaurant operations to ensure adherence to Raising Cane’s culture and standards before and after new restaurant openings.

This position requires physical endurance in a fast-paced kitchen environment, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending during shifts. Team members interact with customers and work both indoors and outdoors under varying temperature conditions. They handle food products, allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning agents, necessitating strict observance of safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment.

Key responsibilities include leading the training team, managing new restaurant setups, enforcing company policies and standards, executing shift management while maintaining operational and safety standards, performing restaurant performance audits, and supporting strategic planning and execution. The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader is also expected to lead new restaurant openings when called upon, ensuring smooth and efficient launch operations.

This career opportunity at Raising Cane's not only offers competitive pay and substantial incentive opportunities but also a comprehensive benefits package for full-time managers. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage, dependent care and flexible spending accounts, company-provided life and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and access to financial advisors for budget and retirement planning. Additional perks include gym membership programs, tuition reimbursement, crewmember assistance programs, pet insurance, employee discount programs, paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays. Weekly pay and casual work attire contribute to a supportive and enjoyable work environment.

Raising Cane’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected in their adherence to EEO guidelines and employment laws, ensuring a respectful and lawful hiring process.
