Job Requirements
- Must be licensed in the state of TX or be eligible to be licensed
- Experience in a trauma setting as an NP or PA is required
- Ability to perform trauma assessments and develop treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours in a PRN capacity
Job Qualifications
- Licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant in Texas or eligible for licensure
- Experience in trauma care as an NP or PA
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in high-stress emergency settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to faith-based patient care values
Job Duties
- Provide trauma patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver emergency care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Perform procedures as authorized within scope of practice
- Educate patients and families about treatment and recovery
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
