  • previous experience as a line cook or breakfast cook
  • ability to work weekend shifts
  • punctual and reliable
  • ability to follow recipes and maintain food preparation standards
  • strong communication skills

  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a line cook or similar role
  • knowledge of menu planning and food preparation techniques
  • strong knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • experience working in a dietary department or catering environment
  • familiarity with different dietary restrictions and special diets
  • culinary training or certification

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
