- Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
- previous leadership experience in warehouse or forklift operations
- experience in a fast-paced less-than-truckload environment
- able to read manifests and supervise dock workers
- must have good loading and unloading skills
- previous forklift experience needed

Job Duties
- Lead forklift operation and trailer loading and unloading
- supervise dock workers to ensure safety and efficiency
- read and interpret shipping manifests accurately
- maintain high standards of work ethic and attendance
- coordinate team activities in a fast-paced environment
- ensure compliance with safety regulations
- communicate effectively with team members and management
