Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to work full-time or part-time hourly shifts
- Flexible scheduling
- Willingness to obtain a Food Handler’s Card if not currently held
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Capability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to follow health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Current Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of chemical use in the kitchen environment
- Ability to learn and follow restaurant menu and recipes
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Passion for food and attention to detail in cooking
- At least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications
- Plates prepared foods based on chef's guidance
- Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
- Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils
- Uphold high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
