River Crest Country Club is currently seeking full and part-time Waitstaff/Servers to join its dining team. This position offers a pay rate of $8.50 per hour, plus a 15% service charge on all sales, with servers typically earning between $24 and $27 per hour on a bi-weekly basis when combining base pay and service charges. However, earnings may fluctuate based on shift availability and dining venue traffic. Additionally, a 401(k) retirement plan is available to both full-time and qualifying part-time employees. All staff enjoy chef-inspired meals in the staff dining room.

The role of the Dining Room Waitstaff/Server is critical to ensuring total satisfaction for members and guests within the dining facilities. Servers are responsible for preparing the dining area and maintaining a high standard of service by supplying and replenishing necessary items for food and beverage service. Working under the supervision of dining room management, servers execute opening and closing duties, greet members and guests personally, and ensure prompt attention and courteous service throughout their shift. The position requires a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, interruption-prone environment. Servers also uphold all club policies, promptly report any complaints during their shift, and strictly adhere to service standards designed to create a superior dining experience.

Physical demands include frequent lifting, carrying, balancing, standing, turning, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Employees must maintain a neat personal appearance and demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality. The club emphasizes a respectful and courteous attitude toward members, guests, vendors, co-workers, and supervisors. Additionally, candidates must be at least 18 years of age to serve liquor and hold Food Handlers Certification (training assistance provided).
