Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid certification as a flight attendant or willingness to obtain certification
  • ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting carry-on baggage and standing for long periods
  • strong communication skills
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • able to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • proficiency in emergency procedures and safety regulations
  • flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends

Job Duties

  • be responsible for the safety and comfort of guests aboard the aircraft while providing exemplary service
  • provide guests with briefings pre-flight, during flight, and after landing
  • assist guests by answering any inquiries they may have in addition to aiding guests with their carry-on items
  • market, sell, and provide snacks and beverages to guests
  • check emergency equipment
  • demonstrate the use of emergency equipment
  • maintain compliance with all fars, policies and procedures
