Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
  • Physical ability to perform safety-related duties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or aviation preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must possess valid documentation to work in the United States
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • Administer and coordinate emergency procedures or provide emergency care
  • Respond to and provide clear and accurate directions to passengers
  • Prepare, serve, and sell beverages (including alcohol) and meals
  • Answer questions and assist passengers when necessary, particularly those with special needs
  • Actively seek to ensure the safety and comfort of customers when an aircraft experiences delays or hits turbulence
