Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
- Must possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Must maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Must be organized and capable of multi-tasking
- 1 year of restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to maintain a fast pace during peak times
- Capable of standing and walking for upwards of 5-10 hours a day
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Providing timely and attentive service to our guest
- Maintains a clean and safe dish area in accordance with Bd’s and State specifications
- Clean and sanitizing all dishes throughout the shift
- Occasionally helping with light food prep
- Assisting with trash runs, and cleaning tasks throughout the kitchen
- Adherence to all safety and sanitation procedures
- Working collaboratively as part of the dish team to ensure smooth operations
