Job Description
Amada Senior Care Oklahoma is a locally owned and Oklahoma-licensed home care agency committed to delivering high-quality in-home personal care services. We specialize in providing professional staffing solutions for Home Health, Hospice, and senior living facilities, ensuring seniors receive compassionate and dependable support in the comfort of their own homes. Our team is devoted to improving the lives of seniors by assisting with both Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). We handle essential daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care, mobility and transfers, feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, medication reminders, and meaningful companionship.
At Amada Senior Care Oklahoma, we passionately live by our Core Purpose: "We Change Lives for the Better." Our culture embraces CARE Values: Team/Family First, Dependable, Exceptional, Purposeful, and Prepared. These values create a positive, engaging, and purpose-driven work environment where caregivers feel valued, supported, and inspired. We are proud to foster a God-loving, team-family-first culture that nurtures commitment, kindness, and genuine enjoyment in the work our caregivers do. This commitment sets us apart in Oklahoma's home care industry as we continuously raise the standard of care and enhance the quality of life for our seniors.
We are seeking professional, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our supportive team. This role is perfect for those who are caring, kind-hearted, dependable, trustworthy, and team-oriented individuals who want to make a meaningful impact on seniors’ lives. Immediate shifts are available, including days, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate client needs. Full-time team members must maintain a minimum of 40 hours of availability weekly, while part-time members must maintain at least 25 hours. Our caregivers may be eligible for a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week if they accept all available shifts, meet attendance and documentation requirements, and consistently embody our CARE Values.
The role involves traveling to clients across the eastern side of Oklahoma within a 40-mile radius, with mileage reimbursement provided for travel between clients and outside the normal service area. Caregivers will assist seniors in maintaining safety, independence, and social engagement in their homes through a variety of support services. The pay range for this position is $12.00 to $17.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, availability, and commitment level, with the potential for higher pay offered to full-time caregivers with verified experience.
In summary, Amada Senior Care Oklahoma offers a rewarding in-home caregiver role where you can make a genuine difference in senior lives while working in a supportive and uplifting environment. We provide competitive pay, health and dental insurance, paid time off, a referral program, and opportunities for professional growth. Join us and become part of a team that truly cares and changes lives for the better.
