The restaurant has garnered national attention and acclaim, having been featured on prominent platforms such as The Food Channel, The Travel Channel, and The Today Show. As part of its exciting growth, Hattie B's is currently expanding its footprint across the Southern United States, bringing its unique flavors and vibrant dining experiences to more communities.

The company prides itself on a work environment that values mutual respect among its team members and between staff and guests. Committed to being an equal opportunity employer, Hattie B's fosters an inclusive culture where diversity thrives, and every employee is encouraged to contribute their best. This makes it an appealing workplace for applicants who seek to grow in a company with strong community ties and a passion for delivering excellence.

Currently, Hattie B's HOT Chicken is hiring for the position of Catering and Events Team Member with responsibilities in the prep kitchen. This role is ideal for someone with open availability who is eager to dive into a dynamic and multi-faceted job that involves food preparation, delivery, and event support. Beyond the kitchen, team members will also serve guests at various events, manage event logistics including shipping and pickups, and drive the catering van for deliveries. This versatility makes the job both challenging and rewarding, providing valuable experience in multiple aspects of foodservice and event coordination.

Candidates can expect the opportunity to be involved in the creative process where new menu items are developed, adding an exciting and innovative edge to the role. The job occasionally includes fun travel opportunities for events around the country, offering a unique chance to represent Hattie B’s beyond Nashville's city limits.

Ideal for individuals with a flexible schedule, the position requires weekend availability, with schedules potentially changing weekly based on events and delivery needs. Prospective employees will need to have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely. The ability to operate the catering van is essential, reflecting the role’s logistical responsibilities.

These benefits highlight Hattie B’s commitment to supporting the well-being and growth of its staff.
