Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs safely
- open availability including weekends
- ability to drive catering van
- willingness to travel for events
- strong work ethic
- reliable transportation
- ability to follow food safety guidelines
Job Qualifications

- experience in food preparation or catering preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- good communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- assist the kitchen manager and staff with chicken frying, spicing and preparation of sides and desserts
- serve guests at events
- coordinate and help with shipping, pickup and deliveries
- drive catering van for deliveries
- assist with food prep, delivery, and serving or expo for events
- support new menu item development at Hattie's
- participate in travel for catering events
