Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed, Climb up and down ladders, Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds, Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, Reliable and prompt attendance necessary, Ability to work in environments ranging from 34 degrees to -10 degrees Fahrenheit, Ability to work where common allergens may be handled or present, Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperature, humidity and other elements while performing job duties, Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required, Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members, Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment, Ability to work both independently and with a team, Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot, Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes, Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience connecting with guests to deliver quality handcrafted beverages and food during all hours of operations, Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food and Beverage Standards and all Starbucks brand standards and food safety standards, Execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, pulls, stocking, zoning, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, defect, signing and backstock, Maintain ongoing awareness of all promotional activities within Starbucks, Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent Starbucks experience while maintaining efficiency and food safety, Support Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
