With more than 25 years of experience in collecting and interpreting vehicle data, Noregon has developed innovative and industry-leading solutions focused on vehicle diagnosis, repair, and health management. The company serves a diverse client base that includes top fleets, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), dealerships, independent repair facilities, municipalities, and military organizations. These trusted customers rely on Noregon's advanced technology and expertise to keep their vehicles operating efficiently and safely. Noregon specializes in custom software and hardware products designed specifically for the commercial transportation and military sectors. Their portfolio includes in-shop diagnostic solutions for commercial fleets and repair industries, as well as expertise in e-business, client-server architectures, embedded applications, and onboard vehicle network development. Ongoing growth and innovation remain central to Noregon’s mission, contributing to its strong presence and respected reputation in the field.
The role of a Noregon Sales Professional offers a unique and exciting opportunity within this dynamic company. The position primarily involves actively prospecting and cold-calling sales leads within a designated territory, requiring a self-motivated and tech-savvy sales specialist driven to achieve results. Candidates are expected to engage potential customers directly by traveling to their sites, delivering compelling sales pitches, conducting product demonstrations, and ultimately closing sales deals. The sales professional will manage a busy schedule dedicated to growing revenue and developing new business opportunities. Collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager is essential for effective territory management and account planning. This individual will design and implement an aggressive prospecting plan, network to generate leads, and consistently present technology solutions that improve clients’ business operations while reducing vehicle repair times. Additionally, training customers for software renewal and maintaining accurate records using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems constitute important aspects of the job. This is a salaried position supplemented by an uncapped commission structure, offering a potential on-target earnings (OTE) between $60,000 and $120,000. This role suits candidates with a background or interest in the automotive or transportation industries, as familiarity here is advantageous. Noregon Systems values adaptability, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills given the high level of direct client interaction, making this an attractive opportunity for professional salespersons eager to drive growth in the commercial transportation technology sector.
