As a Nordic Spa Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring an outstanding initial impression from the moment guests arrive. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, managing reservations accurately, and providing in-depth knowledge of the spa’s hydrotherapy services and products to tailor memorable experiences. This role focuses on maintaining a calm, inviting environment by managing front desk operations such as check-ins, waitlists, and guest inquiries efficiently. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to monitor key performance metrics like locker turnover and revenue per occupied locker, which are crucial to team success.
