The role of General Manager at Noodles & Company is a dynamic and rewarding position suited for an exceptional leader who excels at restaurant management and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina is also necessary to perform various tasks in the restaurant environment, including lifting up to 55 pounds and performing typical kitchen duties.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of three years restaurant/retail experience
- Minimum of two years management experience
- Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with skill and discretion
- Ability to make guests smile uncontrollably
- Articulate
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a strong work ethic and accountability
- Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work necessary hours
- Position may require walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects up to 55 pounds
