The General Manager role at Noodles & Company is a leadership position pivotal to the overall success of the restaurant. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, from managing the profit and loss (P&L) accounts to ensuring that company standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness are consistently exceeded. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of three years restaurant/retail experience
- Minimum of two years management experience
- Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with skill and discretion
- Ability to make guests smile uncontrollably
- Must be articulate
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work necessary hours including extra as needed
- Physical capability to perform walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects up to 55 pounds
- Certain other physical requirements applicable in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment
