Employees will be responsible for operating trucks to transport products between manufacturing plants and retail or distribution centers. Job Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience as a CDL driver
  • Willing to travel out of town weekly and lift up to 110 lbs
  • Willing to get composite or steel-toe shoes
  • No serious tickets or accidents in the last 3 years
  • DOT Medical Card or physical required
  • We can sponsor your DOT Medical if you do not have one
  • No DWI or DUI in the last 10 years
  • Bilingual preferred
  • E-Verify

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience as a CDL driver
  • Ability to lift up to 110 lbs
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • No serious tickets or accidents in the last 3 years
  • No DWI or DUI in the last 10 years
  • Willingness to travel out of town weekly
  • Ability to comply with truck driving rules and safety regulations
  • Good communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
  • Perform pre and post trip inspections daily and report any maintenance related issues to the Logistics Department
  • Meet delivery schedules and report to dispatch any delays within the route
  • Unload products for customers at the final delivery point
  • Document and log work and rest periods on the ELD and submit fuel and toll receipts
  • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations such as size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods as well as with company policies and procedures
  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
  • Collect customer payments, validate delivery and verify any specific instructions
  • Report any incidents or DOT violations
