As a company, they prioritize a people-first culture focused on respect, collaboration, and growth. Their commitment to employees ensures a supportive work environment where team members are valued, heard, and empowered to develop their skills and build rewarding careers. The organization is currently expanding its operations across the U.S., maintaining its core values and continuing to invest in its workforce to sustain its success.

The role offered at Prime Meats is a full-time position guaranteeing 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, making it ideal for those seeking steady employment with predictable hours. In addition to the financial incentives, Prime Meats offers paid training to ensure employees are well-prepared for their responsibilities and a referral bonus of up to $300 for recommending new team members.

The job focuses on transporting finished goods and raw materials between manufacturing plants, retail sites, and distribution centers. Drivers will perform essential duties such as conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting maintenance needs, meeting delivery schedules, unloading products, and managing documentation. Compliance with all truck-driving regulations and company policies is crucial, including adherence to size and weight limits, route designations, and break periods.
