The current opportunity at Hub Group Final Mile is for Non-CDL Independent Contractors who can operate 26-foot box trucks equipped with lift gates. This role is particularly suited for Owner Operators or Independent Service Provider Driving Teams specialized in appliance delivery and installation. Contractors are expected to deliver home appliances such as refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, stoves, and other household essentials. The role combines driving duties with hands-on installation responsibilities, requiring the team to manage deliveries and perform basic hook-up installations.

This position offers competitive compensation with earnings up to $3,500 gross per week per truck. Contractors can enjoy local routes which allow them to return home daily, enhancing work-life balance. Payment is issued weekly via direct deposit, with convenient access to online settlements ensuring transparency and prompt payment processing.

Ideal candidates will own, rent, or lease a suitable 26-foot box truck with a lift gate and ideally provide their own driver helper to assist with deliveries and installations.
