Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Must have held a valid driver’s license in good standing for at least 3 years
- Must possess a valid class E (non-CDL) driver’s license
- Must obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card
- Ability to pass background checks and driving tests
- Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Professional driving experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Valid class E (non-CDL) driver’s license in good standing
- Valid DOT medical card or willingness to obtain one
- Professional driving experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to perform pre-trip vehicle inspections
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way possible
- Safely shuttling customers to various destinations
- Opening and closing doors for patrons
- Adhering to all traffic laws and signs to ensure safe shuttle operation
- Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers, including radio contact with management and lot attendants
- Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet safety requirements
- Recording passenger counts and trip times
- Completing necessary paperwork for daily operations
- Assisting in equipment set up and break down such as signs and cones
- Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to maintain cleanliness
- Filling in as a lot attendant when needed
- Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management
- Complying with company shuttle operation procedures
