The NOCO Brand Ambassador role is an exciting opportunity to join the company’s dynamic Street Team. This part-time and flexible position involves representing NOCO at various community events, festivals, trade shows, and other activities primarily within Buffalo, NY, and surrounding Western New York areas. Ambassadors help promote NOCO’s services and initiatives, increasing brand awareness while creating meaningful connections with diverse crowds. Whether you seek a paid role at $20.00 per hour or prefer unpaid credit-based opportunities, this role offers valuable real-world marketing and event experience. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a critical role in enhancing NOCO’s presence within the local communities by interacting with event attendees in a friendly and approachable manner. Responsibilities include generating leads and referrals, setting up and breaking down event materials, distributing promotional items, and supporting social media through content capture such as photos and videos. Working collaboratively alongside the Sales and Marketing teams and fellow Street Team members ensures a cohesive approach to achieving the company’s outreach objectives. Flexibility in schedule is a key feature of this role, requiring some evening and weekend availability to accommodate various event timings.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in promotional, retail, or customer-facing roles is beneficial
- Must be outgoing and personable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
- Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be a team player
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Represent NOCO at community events festivals trade shows etc
- Engage with attendees in a friendly approachable and professional manner
- Help promote NOCO services and initiatives while building brand awareness
- Generate leads referrals and meaningful community connections
- Assist with event setup breakdown and logistics
- Capture photos/videos and help support social media content
- Distribute promotional materials and giveaways
- Work collaboratively with sales marketing team and fellow Street Team members
