Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Good work ethic and enjoy serving people
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Future-focused mindset with aspirations for leadership
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, or related cleaning roles encouraged
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability during standard weekday hours
Job Duties
- Provide thorough residential cleaning services including routine maintenance and deep cleaning
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Use all provided supplies and equipment effectively and safely
- Follow flexible shift schedules from Monday to Friday
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Participate in performance-based incentive programs
- Uphold company standards and policies at all times
