Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Able to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
- Strong work ethic and customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain high standards
- Willingness to grow and take on leadership roles
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and moving items
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in cleaning or related fields such as hospitality or caretaking is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous work habits
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday
- Commitment to professional growth and leadership development
Job Duties
- Provide thorough residential cleaning services including routine maintenance and deep cleaning
- Adhere to company standards with attention to detail and quality
- Maintain punctuality and reliability during assigned shifts
- Operate as part of a team in a family-oriented environment
- Engage with clients professionally and courteously
- Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and demonstrate a strong work ethic
