Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Positive work ethic
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Interest in growth and leadership opportunities
- Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning or related fields advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours Monday to Friday
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning including routine maintenance and deep cleaning
- Use provided supplies and equipment to ensure efficient cleaning
- Maintain attention to detail ensuring all areas meet quality standards
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients
- Adhere to flexible shift schedules Monday through Friday
- Participate in company incentive programs and performance bonuses
