Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible Monday through Friday shifts between 7:45 am and 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Good work ethic and enjoyment of serving people
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Desire to grow beyond cleaning roles
- Future focused and interested in leadership opportunities
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Previous experience in home cleaning or related service roles preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Ability to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday between 7:45 am and 5:00 pm
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Motivated to grow into leadership roles
Job Duties
- Provide top-quality residential cleaning services
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Work flexible shifts Monday through Friday within scheduled hours
- Use company-provided supplies and equipment for cleaning tasks
- Demonstrate excellent work ethic and customer service skills
- Participate in performance-based incentive programs
- Support community initiatives including Cleaning For A Reason
