Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- previous customer service experience preferred
- basic computer proficiency
- ability to stand for extended periods

- basic knowledge of OpenTable or reservation software preferred

Job Duties
- greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage guest reservations and seating using OpenTable or similar systems
- coordinate efficiently with waitstaff and kitchen team to optimize guest experience
- handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
- manage waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates
- assist in closing duties and preparation for daily service
