Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating dish machines in a restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a busy kitchen
- Capability to follow health and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines effectively and maintain cleanliness of kitchen utensils and equipment
- Support culinary team during service by preparing workstations and assisting in kitchen tasks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the kitchen
- Maintain organization of storage areas and proper inventory of cleaning supplies
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes
- Uphold recipe integrity by supporting standardized food preparation practices
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a respectful and efficient work environment
