Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to walk up and down stairs
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work late nights or extended shifts
- Willingness to be assigned posts that may not have a direct view of events
- Must handle interactions with disorderly or impaired guests professionally
- Must possess valid Tennessee Security License for event security roles
Job Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee Security License for event security roles
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Capability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in crowd management or event staffing is a plus
Job Duties
- Ushers and ticket takers guest service duties
- Provide directional assistance to guests
- Conduct access control and security screening
- Protect assets and maintain field security
- Participate in event response teams
- Interact professionally with guests including managing disorderly or impaired attendees
- Stand for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
