This part-time position is perfect for an experienced individual eager to bring their expertise to a popular venue without committing to a full-time Monday to Friday schedule. Hourly pay will be complemented by potential bonuses or profit sharing incentives tied directly to sales growth and operational consistency. The role primarily focuses on elevating the nightlife experience, overseeing both restaurant and nightclub functions on prime nights, and potentially expanding to other nights such as Thursdays in the future. Job Requirements
- Experience managing a nightclub including hosting and selling bottle service
- Minimum of 3 years experience in nightlife hospitality or restaurant management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings from 8pm to 3am
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
- Capability to collaborate with marketing and operations teams

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations during nightlife events ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction
