Night Shift Lead (Full-Time, PM Shift)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Janitorial Team Lead to join our team in Duncan, SC. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for guiding your shift's janitorial employees, ensuring operations proceed smoothly, and stepping in to assist whenever necessary. Your primary focus will be to ensure that our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational targets are consistently met. The Janitorial Team Lead works closely with the site manager to uphold company policies, safety protocols, and procedural compliance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing team performance and equipment maintenance. The position is scheduled for the third shift, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
